Well will try farming in shaterred realms. I am done the expansion already with one character.
I am pretty sure you can not get it (Fenris set) from SR
I did not but a purple boss dropped me the plans for the helm. I did get some legends of FoA but nothing of a set yet.

Pretty sure that the two Challenge Dungeons will be these circled areas:
Drang’Gal Fortress is a given, its alluded that you will go there after the events that occur at the Bloodbound Bastion. Initially I figured that the Bastion would eventually be the second dungeon and I am guessing a lot of other people did to.
I’ve been farming the Dread Wastes for the Voidtorn Roc MI and realized that the pit at the north side of the map has a lot of assets in it to just be window dressing:
That is when I looked at the world map and realized there is a whole named zone that I’ve been glossing over since the game came out. Probably never thought about it since I haven’t set foot in it yet.
Found the likely door to this zone just outside Tamarog:
You can walk about half an inch through that door but there is an invisible wall on the other side.
Haven’t been able to find a way to glitch in yet to check it out.
tl;dr:
