Cadence seems like a really bad skill. Is this true? It doesn’t seem to create any viable builds - it’s super reliant on attack speed and honestly it’s upgrades do not help the fact it is not AoE. Is a duel pistol cadence build viable?
Also another question with Blade Arc. It can hit multiple targets at once right? but it seems to be proccing at an extremely low rate. For example with falcon swoop at 25% if I hit 4 enemies it should pretty much be 100% chance to proc right? (or more accurately 3.9% chance to not proc) however it seem to be proccing more consistently with 25% - so ignoring other units hit?
Final Question - do skills such as Markovian’s advantage and Zolhan’s technique proc on skills like blade arc? If it does… if it has an 8% chance to proc and I hit 5 enemies per swing does that mean it has a 40% chance to proc or does it only include the one swing???
If so this isn’t consistent as Dreeg’s Evil Eye in bomb form will 100% proc if you hit enough enemies.
Markovian’s advantage and zolhan’s technique are weapon pool skills, they only activate off default weapon attack replacers like savagery from the shaman mastery. Blade arc is considered a spell for some reason and doesn’t proc weapon pool skills. Cadence does work, but only for the first two hits. The 3rd hit where it increases your damage will not activate things like Markovian’s advantage. This is one if the reasons why cadence is bad and not many people use it.
