Spellbreaker Help - Arcanist Actives

After my last HC Spellbreaker died (lvl 3 Arkovian Undercity, permaslowed by the Skeleton Golems), I am working on a new Spellbreaker build. I am currently level 29. I made a beeline down Nightblade levels and took a point in each of the following abilities:

All skills in DW line
Shadow Strike line
RoS and CoS
ABB
Lethal Assault
PB
Veil
Blade Barrier
Blade Spirit

My question is which active from Arcanist would be best? My thoughts:

PRM - Appears to be easy to use, but not thrilled with aether damage with additional skills. Would Phantasmal Blades be better?

CT - Fire and Aether damage, seems to overlap with RoS for usage. Knockdown could be useful.

OFF - Good damage synergy with NB skills. The CC is nice, but the best guys to use it on are the ones that are immune.

TSS - The cold/lightning damage makeup synergizes and diversifies the NB damage. The shards can be difficult to land, but they also provide some CC.

PRM and TSS can be used as ranged attacks, and I could SS in to high priority targets. CT and OFF are for more of a melee build. I would take Night’s Chill to take some of the edge off of mob attacks and use my speed advantage to get out and reposition.

Thoughts?

Taking single class till 40-50 is fine.

with Nightblade, I’d recommend you to play PB+Blade Trap+Blade Spirit at first.
1.) you don’t risk your self in melee
2.) flat dmg from skill combine with +%from devotion is stronger and better than risk yourself in mobs. Even experience people should make sure to have low risk before jump in mobs in HC.
3.) high life steal.

So playing PB for massive dmg and use Blade Trap to secure the area is easier. You can clear the next room by standing at the door by this strategy.

Playing Arcanist may easier, but taking 2 mastery at low lv make you waste your points in mastery bar too high. Then skills you can get at low lv that’s mean you can’t use full potential and effective as it should.
