I find secret blacksmith there. He can craft Heart of Darkness. Where i can use this heart?

One hint: Explore only the new areas, all the successive clues pertain the new content. So explore these and you’ll get somewhere

Search for an altar in one of the new areas. Pretty straightforward
The tougher part lies ahead
I found the Hearth, the Altar seem pretty damn obvious (unless it isn’t then a hint would be nice I guess) I remember the note there and I’m thinking I might need 3 but this is probly just stupid thinking so I let that idea down. I got there with an heart in my inventory and can’t seem to have anything happen.
Either 3 it is, I missed something in between or something should have happened and nothing did.
Could you just tell me which of those 3 options is the good one (I do guess I did miss something in between. Maybe something in the note in front of the blacksmith)
Before I start a useless search, is the blacksmith in every difficulty (normal/elite/ultimate) or not? If not when does he appear?

The alter indeed is obvious, I already told you to explore only explore the new areas. From the altar, there is only one way - forward. Traverse the place where all the blood becomes one with its master

Where do find that blacksmith? I searched trough all of the areas.

Don’t bother with this “secret” quest-line unless you’re extremely bored and masochistic. It’s an absolute waste of time and process.
