Check 3:04 in the video. The Final Clone is about to die but then fully heals back up.
There are some people who report never being able to kill him because he keeps on healing.
I too had to put up with him healing like, 11+ times before he finally died in total (although if you’re just counting “Amount of times healed before I died”, he at one time healed 3 times without me dying).
It doesn’t seem to be any attack that’s life leeching from what I can see. Again, my best guess is that it’s just a skill on a cooldown. I eventually killed him when I managed to burst him down really fast in between a heal, presumably before he had a chance for his cooldown on it could run out.
I could be wrong but that’s my best guess at that mechanic.
I had at least 6 clones at the same time (i was focusing the main one). I don’t know what’s the maximum.
Btw. he really can heal himself, he is using Nightblade’s abilites Blade Barrier and Pneumatic Burst. But it’s not full HP heal, not even 1/3. People probably don’t notice him changing the form.

yea that’s a tough final fight , one of the toughest of the game I thought and ive finished the game twice with level 85s . Overall really fun Ultimate side quest !!

Wtf, I made it all the way to the end of this quest line but there is no way I can beat all those clones with my glass cannon sorcerer. There are way too many clones out at the same time, and they keep instagibbing me as soon as my Mirror of Eroectes comes off cooldown
And why not? Does it say in the quest notes that only Warders, Druids and Saboteurs are eligible? I seriously doubt the devs have that in mind. It should be beatable no matter which class you’re playing, just like any other boss in the game.
I agree. Especially since I only have this one char at high level and went through all the steps to get to this point.
After trying for a very long time and dying like 50 times, I now managed to kill all of the clones and the final form (partly by cheesing them through the wall with devastation, flashbang and AAR). Now I’m on the actual final form, which is also extremely frustrating. I got him down to like 40% hp after ages of kiting, but then he suddenly crit and instagibbed me, and healed back to full… :furious:
Yeah, I love walls. They’re great for spamming stuff like Plague in TQIT. If it works on the Super Secret boss then keep it up until they all die.
Btw black on black isn’t helpful if you want replies to your posts. I know hovering the mouse over them makes them visible, but it really can be annoying too. Just post normally please.
It’s about not spoiling stuff for other people that still want to experience the end of this questline.
Cheesing through the wall does not work for the final boss though. He always walks back to inside building, so I cannot reach him without going through that portal
Edit: I actually did manage to find a way to pull him from outside the wall. I’ve been spamming devestation, OFF and flashbangs through the wall for like 20 minutes now, he’s at 30% hp
ok, so that endboss fight took me a hour of clearing all the clones after another and lots of microing on the final boss and in the end all what i got was a random epic belt!!! risk vs reward!!! wtf…:rolleyes:
