- How many times can one character acquire them? The greater question being, if you apply the “illusion” to one piece of gear, then replace the gear with another, can you simply go get another “illusion” to apply to the new piece?

The map and the soundtrack are both available for download in the Humble library (after purchase). We are still waiting for the Crate story tho.
Even if I purchase today through steam? All purchases… game, crucible, and possibly this upgrade would be steam direct purchases.
For the Loyalist edition, but not for the new Loyalist Upgrade I assume, at least they are not mentioned in the description

Shits n giggles I suppose. About the only thing I wish they would redo on it is make the screen blurry and wavey the more you drink it… Kinda like they did in Guild Wars.

Well that’s too bad. If there was something more tangible included (map, audio tracks, etc…), I’d definitely buy the Upgrade to support the game… but a handful of skins just doesn’t have any pull/value for me.
I’ll just have to wait for the expansion to make my next “Crate” donation.
My daughter sent me this as a gift on steam .
Have a question about it . If I use , let’s say the powdered wig on my best helm , does that make it soulbound with no way to remove the wig and therefore can’t even pass it on to my own characters ?

Exactly. Currently you do not have the means to remove any illusions. You can replace the hat transmogrifications with each other though.
have read that in order to remove the ‘Illusions’, simply we have remove any augments from the gear, then sell the item with the ‘Illusion’ and rebuy it.

Not necessarily. You can also be stuck with a pirate hat or a gladiator helmet.
forgot to mention that. but the fact that you cant revert back to old form or share the item is weird.
Ouch , will have to be very careful , be difficult to actually use them if you have limited legendaries to go around
