Storm Shard (Light's Defender) need to change...

I finally got the full Light’s Defender set to try. My first complain about Storm Shard is that, the skill itself is anti synergy with other Totems, you see Elementalist has nice synergy between 5 second cooldown skills like Storm Totem, Wind Devil, Mortar Trap, Wendigo Totem and Blackwater Cocktail.
This is not a problem if you don’t use any cooldown reduction but…

Granted skill like Storm Shard do not get cooldown reduction. This causes my traps/totems placement a completely nightmare as I have to separately look at both cooldown time and make sure I place them as they got off cooldown as fast as possible. This pretty much break the flow of the battle and I end up remove Storm Shard on my skill bar.

And so… My proposal for this…
Just change Storm Shard to 1 summon limit, increase damage and cooldown. This will reduce the time it needs to place Storm Shard, reduce annoying mismatch cooldown of Storm Totems and Storm Shard. Hope this skill got the right buff, thanks :cool:

+1. Because managing everything in the heat of the battle gets harder as skill count increases.
