Judicators give OA, RR and healing while Coven rings only buff lightning dmg a little. I vote for signets.
Maybe smth like this makes sense but it requires to farm greens with specific affixes which almost impossible.
You already have %reduced rr on Ultos proc … so that part of judicators is “useless” for you.
Coven gives more attack speed and more DA. Which means you can go with Bloody crystals in rings for more armor.
why 14/16 dual blades? you get no more phys res compared to 13.
Why soft cap shadow strike and not maxing raging tempest for rr?
I used to think that RR is crucial. Any build should take as much RR as it can. Overall, signets is more about healing than smth else.
Yeah I know, just played with skill points and devotions trying to find optimal combo. This is just a project not a well tested build. I’ll polish it once I’ll try it in game. I also think I don’t need to cap Storm Touched, because I’ve reached attack speed cap from items. And maybe it also worth to try using PB for life leech instead of SS.

PB for life leech? You do attack with Savagery isn’t that enough?
