Hello - Just as I was catching up slowly in this nice game now expansion is out
My question are two things:
1. Should I just buy the expansion, or can I play to 85 and enjoy that for now?
2. Currently on last boss in act3 ultimate - My gear is not to bad, but the dude literally one-shots me…Like a clean one-shot. So cant move on, and even with some gear some people dropped for me, its not enough. I wan’t to level up for a bit, but now all quests in below act4 is done, so no more easy XP and places like Cronleys Hideout is rather hard and slow XP.
If you enjoy it, get the expansion. You will ‘only’ be able to enter it in Elite though as you have to have killed Log to get to the new areas, but since pretty much everything scales to your level that is not an issue.
As to what to do, run areas you can do relatively easy to get better gear, no shame / harm if that is Elite either. You probably should also work on your build, you should not really get stuck, but maybe you are because you are relatively low level for the area…
At 76 most mobs are level 80-81 in Act 3, and I can really only rush through level 70 mobs atm. I went with penattis/arcane cause that seems like the most Diablo 2 sorceress build I could make.
Maybe I should grind some rep, buy some of those enchants from rep factions or so. Even using a few augments on gear.
