Reap spirit is quite strong, but has limited usage (only pet builds) due to its pet base and skill points + mastery bar cost so much. And noone uses hybrid builds (I tried Diviner set, mediocre -> above average). So I think a transmuted buff to it seems acceptable (transmuted skill reduce its mana cost too and if OP, we could add -xx% total dmg).
