[Suggestion] Conduit - Fire Totem (Recharge/Limit/Burst)

I think adding recharge / limit / summon burst to the conduit would be a huge improvement to Fire Totems.

With the proliferation of summon burst on items for Storm Totem and Mortar Trap with the upcoming patch, I hope this conduit won’t be left behind.
