Item: Mythical Shadowspine Enforcer

Suggestion: Add 40-60% Chaos Damage converted to Piercing Damage

This change would allow you to get 100% chaos to pierce conversion when paired with Jarinthor’s Head.

As of right now, Jarinthor’s head is the only item that gives global chaos to pierce conversion.
