https://www.grimtools.com/db/itemsets/156 There is this set as you know, has cool name and but very weak; especially on melee nightblade side. I don’t know if anyone used it for stun jacks. Surely people tried lightning SS with conduit amulet(can be done without the set) and I tried as DW Melee with Trickster. I know it’s just a blue set but there is no legendary upgrade of it and it’s kinda unique so here’s my opinion about set;

Set proc RR is so insufficient. 18 flat RR isn’t useful for a elemental damage build. Doesn’t provide any advantage since Nightblade side has no RR and you need every single extra RR so you gotta get Elemental Storm. Maybe increasing it to 25-26 will do the job and free the builders from taking another flat RR in devotions.

Doesn’t enough skill points. Yes; Helmet and Belt slot is occupied and set provides no +1 all skills to any class it supports. Nightblade is the most skill point hungry class.

No phys resistance. My suggestion is involve solution for both skill points and phys resistance. Create a shoulder for the set and make it 4 pieced one. Give %4-6 phys resist to shoulder and as extra set bonus give +1 all skills to Nightblade and Shaman. Or atleast +1 to Nightblade only.

Pierce>Lightning Conversion doesn’t enough to utilize Nightblade WPS.
Here is my build . Tried to focus on AA mainly so it’s not a Shadow Strike build, used conduit for +1 skills and some tankiness. Damage is not that bad as it looks on GT but it’s so squishy, can’t finish 65-66 without dying(unless very careful playing). So I think set needs some adjustments to properly support DW Lightning. It maybe adjusted to support Saboteurs aswell.
If set meant to play lightning/cold hybrid; there is no weapon for it. If it’s for Shadow Strike, Conduit Amulet does all the job so it probably better with other gears. Stun Jacks? I don’t play caster so don’t know. But set clearly has Savagery support and pierce>lightning conversion for WPS. But non of all are enough to make even a mediocre build; so as it is it’s just cool illusions and name that’s all.
