[Suggestion] Please add Item Modifiers to existing items for skill lines with Secondary Skills attached to them (i.e. Soulfire/Brimstone/etc.)

I’m also curious about this. If the only cost is tooltip bloat, then it feels like an arbitrary line in the sand to call it here. There’s a decent amount of ambiguity and bloat in tooltips already. A good portion of the mechanics in the game are pretty vaguely described if they’re described at all, so you have to go to the forums to understand them (conversion, RR vs RR vs RR, pet OA/DA, etc), and legendaries/sets are already very bloated.
