Swapping Small Plaza with Small Dirt Clearing in the decoration menu?

Not really a bug, but shouldn’t the Small Dirt Clearing be a tier 1 decoration (instead of tier 2), and the Small Plaza be a tier 2 decoration rather than tier 1? It would make more sense to me that hamlet/villages would use the Clearing, whilst towns would use the Plaza.

Also, perhaps the Small and Medium plaza should give a small bonus to beautification rather than none at all?

Agreed. Been thinking that same thing about the dirt clearings/small plazas for awhile now.
