As this video demonstrates, there seems to be an issue around skills with the throwing animation (tested here with Blackwater Cocktail and Flashbang, but presumably also affects Cannister Bomb, Grenado, and Stun Jacks) where if you target too close to your character, the projectile ends up being thrown a far distance away from where your cursor is targeting. I have tested other skills without this animation such as Pyran’s Pyre and Devastation, but they do not seem affected by this issue. It only seems to happen with the skills that have this animation.
This is an old bug not caused by this patch.
