Went back to another character I hadn’t been playing since before patch and I am not noticing the skill procing from this devotion? Did they change it, patch notes just say increase lighting damage. Used to have lighting bolts shoot from the sky now I’m not sure if its just the enemies looking like they get shocked?
*just went and unassigned then reassigned and it working as it used to.
