The “Bargain Help” achievement cannot be completed in the 1.3 beta version of the Steam game

just adding that another user experienced this too (but seems wasnt’ reported) , using 1.2.1.6 let them trigger it after failing to get it playing v1.3
I had to confirm it was 1.3 and not me being stupid. I installed 1.2 on an old work computer, created a new Nightblade, ran it single mastery to level up through Forgotten Gods, killed the five Associates of Riggs in the first run after completing Forgotten Gods on Normal. I did nothing different so you are right, it must be a glitch in 1.3. Not a very productive use of 8 or so hours, but at least that Achievement is complete.
