The changes made to Mythical Chains of Anguish were not correctly applied to the game Also Witch Moon

Conduit of Eldritch Whispers: removed % Chaos Resist Reduction modifier for Bloody Pox, updated its Conversion to 100% of Vitality dealt as Aether and added 360 Aether damage modifier for it.

I think global conversion should be changed for Aether too.
