I need to reload Grim Dawn onto this computer but I am unable to find the place where I can do that. I have the original key I was given with my game. Help please with some direction as to where to download the game. Thanks!
Did you have a Steam or GOG version? If so, then you use the key on whichever one of those you had the game on originally.
If it’s Steam, then they install the Steam client and choose to install Grim Dawn.
If it’s GoG they can download GoG Galaxy and do the same thing. Otherwise, they log into the GoG web site and download the installation files.
This assumes that by “reload” they meant the game had already been installed on a previous computer.
This would not require having a key, nor would they be able to redeem the key as it’s already been redeemed and attached to their account.
