This is almost tongue-in-cheek, but the flavor text on the granted skill should say ‘unhindered by the weight of THIS/THE shield, the watcher’s aim is true’ because it offers a bonus unique to this shield.

You’re right that it makes sense as is, and I’ve probably created more confusion by posting it.
Not a bug but more of a grammatical/syntax quirk, and Zantai already moved it to feedback, but I was thinking that the granted skill is unique to ONLY this shield, so it should reference this particular ‘magic’ shield that doesn’t hinder the shooter, rather than all shields.
I’ll admit it’s a reach, and I probably shouldn’t have posted it, but I had the screenshot so I did.
