Made quick GT. Seems ok; my devotions aren’t optimized yet and also needs tempest rolls to get OA up. Definitely skill points to throw around.

I’m absolute garbage at build-building, but that seems like heavy investment into Savagery with such low attack speed, but I also don’t know where the points would be better spent. Max Ill Omen and Maelstrom? Maybe with Morgoneth’s set? That converts lightning to cold.

I agree, although using full Morgo set gives up valuable cast speed on gloves. 3 piece fits very nice. Thanks for suggestion, gonna farm Morgo today and start levelling this thing.

That’s pretty nice reward from SR. Magi give 4% CDR, then of Amarasta Flurry give +2 lethal assault on the the cold ABB item, then to top it off, there is the 101% chaos resist

Well, it’s an inherently hybrid physical/fire weapon. And I feel like the extra AS from Relentless is better than any other fire prefixes. 7% AS is going to do more than what, 50% extra fire damage when you already have 2K+%? Although Frenzied would have probably been a bit better than Relentless.
Still, it’s just theoretical, because I never have weapons like this drop at the max level, let alone boss MIs.
Lol. I’ve never had a level 92 tyrants derma drop. Got 3 of em.
