They agro adjecent nemesis sometimes on larger maps as well due to their minions.
Not true. Through their minions the agro spreads easily.

yes true…
you loss pull the forward minion to pull zant/mossi, and have them walk back to you in the opposite corner
this pulls them without pulling the actual other boss… consistently…
again, if i can do, you can, you’re just not being careful/“scrubby” enough or not pulling far back enough…
Meh, if you can’t survive multiple of them. Or don’t know how to run away when it happens, then that’s a risk you take when running (higher) SR.
It’s not a Hollywood movie where all the bad guys line up for you to hit them in the face/nuts. ![]()
I don’t have any problems with how it works right now.
This annoys me much more. ![]()
can we please consider this settled already?
*also, it took me 28 stones/resets to get this combo @_@
Boy are you ever dedicated. Impressive.
just for good measure incase someone feels it’s “unfair” Zant spawned bottom left instead of Moosi
one way https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=geX7mGR4IYM other way https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rryNLT1tTvI
65 resets for these combined 3 combos, wish i knew how to fix boss spawns ![]()
so help me if someone tries to argue it only worked because Gargaban or keeper or the gates or some other bs rationale boss spawn not happening in bottom right corner ![]()
Huh, usually Zantarin already has a pile of Skeleton adds, and simply the presence of those adds is what ends up aggroing the top-left monster on top of the adds themselves. If he actually kept to himself and didn’t spawn his Skeletons until after you can kite him to a safe spot, I wouldn’t be complaining nearly as much. Now I know it’s possible.
check the one way vid
you might notice something happening in that fight, same thing happens if zant already has a couple skeletons out in bottom left from my experience
you’re collaterally pulling adds, without pulling the boss, like i mentioned in my first post. As you can see on the radar Moosi doesn’t actually move/engage me until i move closer and start fighting them, it’s just loose minions
Gotcha. Thank you again for showing the videos - it’s far easier for me to learn through example than just various claims spouted on the interwebs.
I also need a wacky build in order to test out concepts in non-modded GD. It’s entirely possible that I see behavior in modded GD that’s not present in the regular game.
i will add, it’s not like it’s impossible to make a bad chain pull, the “only” time i’ve encountered a pull that can’t be passed, is on death where the room doesn’t proper aggro reset, so you get all all the minions etc running to the entry spot/aggro you from the start.
But that wont be exclusive to Zant/Moosi, but any one with bunch of adds like gargabon/maggot bosses etc
This seem to be, extra likely to happen from procs/effects that can range, which is also why i pulled so far back in the corner so ex Wrath wasnt’ shooting off to hit them.
I don’t know if there is a technical difference or what it is, but it seems that los pulling doesn’t chain aggro the same as actual attacks.
Murder room was probably a good example of that when someone asked how to pass that without fighting multiple bosses, and you just slowly walk up until you los the one in the front, then head back, instead of attacking in sight,
edit
i just tried this in the non murder room/fleshworks map sr 50/20? boss room
attacking the front boss, pulls the pair; despite not actually hitting the 2nd boss
but if i los it i only pull one
