Max resists 50k flat damage
If she doesn’t crit you few times in row yes. Only thing that I see as a problem for facing MQ on your build is low DA. With amount you have she has ~20% chance to crit imho.
She gets around 9-10% crit chance for my Witchblade iirc with around 2100 DA with Wayward Soul up. She’s definitely more annoying since the OA boost in Ultimate, and crits pretty hard.
To make your cracter uncritable for her you need 2188 DA, and thats before her DA shred.
Your OA is kind of low too.
