After one century of playing, only ending when 0.7.5. made all my fortified walls disappear from my saves, these are things I hope to see that I haven’t seen mentioned already.
Buildings:
Metalworker (for luxury metal goods)
Dockyard (boats for transport plus below)
Fishery (upgrade the fishing shack when you have a dockyard to make fishing more productive with possibly a larger range to fish larger bodies of water using boats, maybe add large shoals in deeper water)
Dog Kennel (a Kennel Master can tame Wolves to help the village with hunting or scouting)
Butcher Shop (provides a luxury element to fish and meat)
Stables (for horses to have soldiers become cavalry or workers get to far work camps and back faster)
Chicken Coup (holds chickens for eggs or slaughter for another meat)
Prison (if a brawl leads to death or if events are added for thievery between villagers, the villagers caught for it is put in here and made to do laborer type work for less entertainment or other needs, it also stops them from causing further damage)

Copper Ore
Silver Ore
Gems
Feathers (make better arrows and fancy hats)
Refined Resources:
Copper Ingot
Silver Ingot
Cut Gem
Steel Ingot (for steel weaponry, armor or tools)
Luxury Goods:
Copperware
Silverware
Jewelry
Fine Cut Meat/Fish
Fancy Hat (Hat but made with Feathers, see below)
Pet Dog (upgraded Kennel Master training more docile dogs)
Regular Goods:
Wool Clothes (happier people in the winter, made at Weaver)
Net (made at Fishery just as Traps are made at Hunting Lodge)
Hat (make people happy by protecting their head some from rain, snow or sun, probably another item for the Tannery)
Animals:
Horse
Tamed Wolf/Dog (can be assigned to Hunting Lodges to aid in them staying relevant with a possible range increase)
Chicken
Sheep
Pig (possibly can add a mechanic for finding truffles as another luxury? otherwise just meaty)
Game Fowl (for hunting for feathers before chicken coups and chickens)
There’s probably other things I might think of eventually as the game is updated and made better but this is what my brain hocked up so far
