When you are hit, an area is summoned below the target’s feet ,which slows all targets in the area. The problem is; %90 of the time range mobs hit you first thus slow area is summoned below range mobs which is very very useless. They do not move, they just attack. Thus you want to slow melee mobs not range mobs.
My suggestion is, the slow area must be summoned under your feet with bigger radius. This is better and more effective for kiting.
