Time setting for Forum

Can I set the forum time according to my time zone? I don’t like seeing 1:50PM when it’s 5:50 PS over here.

On the menu find User CP. This is on the menu bar below your name.
That takes you to the User Control Panel.
On the left menu, under Settings & Options, click Edit Options
Scroll down the near the end of the page and look for Time Zone.
Select a Time Zone, click the Save Changes button.
