Titan Quest Soulvizier 0.98i question

I’m playing the latest version 0.98i, and have a question about a certain charm. Currently in Act 4 Epic (Just completed and started legendary) one of the recipes from Act 4 epic says it requires an “Epic Monolith Shard” charm, however I’ve not come across anything that seems to drop this, or indeed any unique/new monster that would drop it. I’m just after some pointers as to where I can find the above so I can complete the recipe.

Hello, “Monolith Shard” charm comes from Monolith enemy, it is very rare (champion?) spawn of Obelisks in Act II. You can easily spot it because it is not green like normal obelisks but light red.

Ah so it’s from act 2, killed a few of those but didn’t have any drops from them, have to farm it later then I guess.
