This is a great tool for tuning a build, thank you for it.
A few questions regarding the loot filter.
Does it completely disable in-game one when enabled? Or there are some nuances?
When enabled, it hides all non-equipment drops, like iron, components, etc. Any way to get the to show?
What are difference with Show and Always Show? Seem to behave identically in regards to Hide filter.
Are rules really processed from the bottom up (ascending order)? Attached a few screenshots - with Hide All filter as the first rule and as the last one. If rules are processed in ascending order, that means any Show should override Hide being #1. Hovewer Show rules seem to take effect only when they are below Hide, i.e. are being processed âearlierâ according to the description. Maybe Hide actually means âAlways Hideâ?
If no rules in the DPYes loot filter match on an item, Grim Dawnâs loot filter will control whether it is visible or hidden.
The âAlwaysâ in âAlways Showâ relates to âHide items during combatâ, items matching this will display even during combat when this is enabled.
Rules are processed as described in the window: Rule #1 (bottom), Rule #2 second from bottom, up to the top. The first matching rule determines the result.
So in your first screenshot, the two show rare/magic rules are applying.
In the second screenshot, the hide any rule at the bottom is matching.
Hi. Thank you so much for this wonderful script.
In the next version of the script, I would like to kindly ask you to make the search in the Teleport tab case-insensitive, because to search for names starting with capital letters, you must put capital letters. Thank you in advance.
Feature request: substring matching in the loot filter against item names, mostly for MI and legendary hunting.
And thank you for such a wonderful tool! Even if the substring thing canât happen, Iâm getting tons of use out of it. Do you have a donations link?
I have a problem. My game freezes when i start the combat. I checked that the fix was installing .net redistributable, but i canât install the version that is need because seems that i have a bigger version or something:
Hello, after the update on May 24th, using DP-yes to start version 1.3 of Grim Dawn results in a black screen. How can this be resolved? I have already downloaded version 18e.
I found an issue with DPYes 18e & 18f, using Grim Dawn 1.3.
The auto loot with loot filter does not seem to work properly.
I have set it up as follows:
Enable autoloot (checked)
Use loot filter (checked)
Loot filter config:
Loot, Any rarity, Any type, any, any
However, it seems that only Epic items are picked up. MIs are not auto looted anymore. It worked with 18d and the previous 1.3 version.
I have deleted all loot filter settings, enabled/disabled the setting without any luck. No MIs are being picked up.
Setting it to âHideâ instead of loot, also only hides Epics. MIs and Rares are still visible.
Fix loot filter when âAnyâ affix selected as rarity for prefix or suffix
When selecting âAnyâ as the affix rarity, it would actually end up setting it to âCOMMONâ internally.
Prior to 18e, there was another bug masking this issue
Using the latest 1.3 playtest build 23634644, auto launch via winmm.dll and GrimCam are both still working fine for me.
Are you launching the 64bit version of Grim Dawn?
Winmm.dll is causing problems with the x64 client on my end. If itâs places in the x64 folder, my game just starts with a black screen, while audio plays in the background. i had been pulling out my hair for hours last night, troubleshooting away, trying to find out why no solution worked, untill i deleted Winmm.dll from my x64 folder a few minutes ago, then the game instantly started in x64 without issue.
My bad.I forgot to move the winmm.dll to the x64 folder. It works fine now.
But still remind me âGrimCam.dll missingâ on the in-game menu .So the camera can not be moved freely
I am sure I play with the latest 1.3 playtest build because I reinstall the game
