hey, i have a question. would it be possible to add the feature to give yourself bag slots to GD Stash? its like the only thing missing from it and it would be wonderful to have so that people could just level in Crucible without having to slog through the campaign just for bags. im wondering if maybe thats difficult to do otherwise i would assume it would already be in… hoping against hope this is a change that could be made. thanks!
there is no real reason to update if you do not have the expansion (on the other hand there is definitely no reason not to…), but once you do, you definitely should
you can do so with the tool already. If you have a recent version and search for quest items you will find an inventory bag item. Take 5 of them, drop them on the ground in game and pick them up again. Upon picking them up, they turn into inventory bags.
dude, thats AWESOME! thank you SO much!
What am I missing with the search?
I am unable to find any items with retaliation damage – and I have quite a few of them in my stash.
But whenever I run a search it never finds anything.
What am I missing here? First time using this nice tool!
I crafted 2 daggers. I put the daggers into my characters inventory. I started the game, started the game with this character, and it was suddenly lvl 1 with an empty inventory and 0 quest progression.
Sounds like you are using cloud save. If you do, do not change files while the game is running.
The tool makes backups of your files, look for a player.g00 file and rename it back to player.gdc to get your char back (if that is still broken, try .g01 and so forth). Again, without having the game running.
Hey, I accidentaly pressed the button “Add all Illusions”. I only want the ones that I already collected tho, because I love and enjoy collecting them. Can I redo this or not?
The tool backs up the previous file, in the save dir, look for transmutes.g00 and .h00 and renamed them back to .gst and .gsh respectively. Then only add the collected illusions.
Thanks for the fast reply. I did that, but I still have all the illusions I renamed .g00 to .gst and .h00 to .gsh.
Are there 01 files for them ? Rename those then, otherwise I do not know what could go wrong. Were you in game while you did this ? Are you using cloud save ?
Worst case, delete these files, get them created by the game again by picking up some items and then press the illusions button in the tool again. This way you would lose everything you picked up in game that is not in GD Stash however.
Hey,
so ive used this in the past and it has worked fine but now when i load i get a whole bunch of errors.
so i tried to troubleshoot from stuff you said to other people (including trying to craft stuff and make a new database) but whenever i try to craft something i just get a permanent loading icon, that never finds anything.
send help
Import the GD data to fix this.
Can I modify devotion levels with this tool ?
yes you can
How can i find my stash thingy? i tried to look up a tutorial but i still dont know how to make “GD Stash”
Not sure I understand your question. Unzip the tool, documentation is in the doc subdir. The config file should contain everything you need to know, the essentials are
- have Java installed (preferably 64bit, which requires a 64bit OS)
- double-click the .jar file
- specify GD install and save dir
- Import GD data
Setting my mastery to 0 did not remove the mastery. Is it possible to change your main mastery, or switch over your secondary to being your main mastery if the former is not possible?
Every single item in my inventories?
