I’m using a melee 2-hander with the Tyrant’s prefix. Does the -%red dmg applied only to the primary target (using Savagery), or do any AOE attacks/modfiers (like Feral Hunger) apply the debuff across multiple enemies?
applies to anything with weapon dmg/hit with a skill that has %weapon dmg, which include feral hunger ofc
*feral hunger is a wps, it modifies savagery, so anything that applies to savagery is applied through feral hunger too
