Disclaimer: I am not asking for a nerf.
I am asking for “Rare” components to be buffed. You get absolutely insane utility out of Ugdenbog leather unless you are an occultist based class (even then), yet those living armors and sacred platings feel just ok, they are good, but they are imo at the same level or a bit worse than leather. Titan Plating is the only one out of those three rare components that lives up to the hype and its price.
For me it seems sacred/titan plating are pretty much on the same level as leather. (might be because character needs :D) aether resist + health is always a good thing. And physique+pierce+bonus armor is again a good thing especially for not so tanky builds since there are a lot of AoM mobs which do physical damage. But again it’s all about the needs of a character 
I find Spellscorched Plating being much stronger, actually.
Ugdenbog leather is great if you play a build without occultist, because most probably, you’ll struggle with getting enough acid resist. But for occultist, it isnt a problem at all.
