I don’t know if I understand the tooltip correctly. If I equip 2 of those, do I have “90% Elemental converted to Acid” when Blood of Dreeg is on ?
If so, maybe there is a way to make a Dual Gun Deceiver with the new set Raddagan’s Folly ?
Yes on all accounts. Also possible with one gun + putrid necklace if you can afford to lose 4pc radaggan

Or u couls go full acidic gunslinger with both guns and the necklace. Currently have one at level 98 while farming for the raddagan set. Was thinking about posting it recently. Quite fun to play, albeit poorly geared and kinda badly optimised.
I’m currently leveling a warlock with DEE and TSS using Venom Launcher and putrid necklace.
I really wish for dynamic spell effects based on dmg type, now. Green skyshards would be so great.
I have a Poison Warlock if I were you I’d get Meteor Shower and CT instead of TSS. More Poison potential that way
Also, to the OP. I have an Acid Gunslinging deceiver and had a similar idea. On paper Radaggon looks like a DPS loss compared to my current setup though so I’d recommend Conduit of Eldritch Whispers+Venomancer’s Hood instead of Radaggon
TSS is up to debate. This was somewhat more about personal preferences than performance. I like TSS but have used just with one character before this one. But I will take a look at CT if I’m not satisfied with TSS’s performance. Just started putting points in TSS so it’s hard to tell whether it’s ok or crap 
Went with Ultos instead of Meteor shower, good poison and I played too many fire builds with meteors lately, can’t stand those damn things right now.
I can understand, Ultos should give you higher DoT anyway through the proc
Indeed, if you don’t go Amarasta/Nidalla Melee KnightBlade, there isn’t much choice with Acid/poison synergy items. I never could make my Poison 2H-Ranged Witch Hunter work properly enough.
I always found it weird. Poison builds are generally the go-to builds for DoT damage in other games and paradoxically the devotion support for Acid/Poison is quite nice. But itemisation is very poor.

I’m quite surprised about the survivability: Possession + Dark One’s Gift combo is nice and BP + CoF + HoG provide nice debuffs; but DPS seems a bit low compared to other good dual gun builds. Fun to play anyway.
If I had time to finish ultimate, kill Lokarr and make a guide, I would call it “The Green Hornet”.
it’s some time i’m thinkin about an acid gunslinger with that MI but i’ve rolled too many gunslingers in a row and i’m a bit fed. Ragaddan hood mess up with your elemental to acid conversion because it converts a big chunk of ele to vit.
