Frostreaper
The scythe wielding, frostburn critting whirlwind of destruction.
This is a glass cannon build that relies on huge amounts of life leech for survival. The frost reaper puts out 200-300k dps, it’s hard to tell exactly since it uses so many different abilities but I’m guessing somewhere in that range. Basically lots of big, sexy numbers will be popping across your screen (highest crit so far was over 170k from 1 frostburn dot tick). The main damage source is frostburn, cold damage is secondary.

Annoying to level, I used phantasmal blades until lvl 60 ish

Squishy AF, if you get stunned up and can’t keep up your life leach u ded (not reccommended for hardcore unless you change out some of the damage for tankiness)

Lots of abilities to manage in combat (this may be a pro depending on the type of play style you like)
Playstyle: This build has many abilities, which you should ideally use in a priority rotation, meaning if the ability is up, use it in this order: (I put my keybindings in case anyone is curious)
- Pneumatic Burst (4)
- Ring of Frost (mouse wheel up)
- Flash Freeze (mouse wheel down)
- Amarasta’s Blade Burst (2)
- Shadow Strike -use this to initiate and travel - (left click)
- Scourge Strike (mouse backscroll button or mouse 5)
- Winter King’s Might - this has no cd so you will actually use it more than the others - (right click)
The important thing is to keep all your frostburn dots active, use bubble (3) as needed and be ready to kite back and hit from range with Winter King’s Might if you get chunked with bubble on cd.

Elemental Storm on Ring of Frost, Whirlpool on Winter King’s Might. Whirlpool is pretty interchangeable with Blizzard from the Amatok constellation so if you want to go more tanky you can give up sage, harpy, and Leviathan for Amatok, Chariot and the good parts of Behemoth for example.
