Hey everyone. If you interested in a great spellbreaker build (B31) that has the ability to freeze enemies using cold damage then go into close melee range to finish them off then check out my build on youtube.
This build has the resiliency to survive ult/hc and win any boss fights and he packs a punch. He can also take down bosses quickly in single combat as well as kill most everything in one shot aoe over 17 meters in diameter (screen) or they simply die of frostburn.
