Right now Ulzuin wrath has a nice dmg on it and some ADCTH on top of it. Sounds good, until you realize that it does nothing and not even worth a point due to weird mechanic behind it.
It trigger on melee hit. It share the same CD as Vindictive flame and require heavy investment. And, to make it worse, it dont work on point blank. So we have a skill that: 1)Require a lot of points to work 2)Require a melee hit to trigger 3)Dont even work in melee.

This skill is more necessary when dealing with single powerful Bosses, but unfortunately, as you all know, this is never activated… Could you please change it so that it works against a single opponent?
