never really figured out if the 2 soldier WPS use one or both weapons or 50/50 RNG like default attacks. the nightblade and inq WPB skills should always use both afaik

The used to, at least and I don’t see why they wouldn’t still, have a chance to proc on either weapon attack, and the damage they do was based on a single weapon. If that changed to show a tool tip of both, I bet it works like Savagery is, and that is that is uses the weapon that proced the effect.

As far as i know, Markovian’s Advantage always hits with both weapons, but Zolhan’s Technique doesnt.

This is one other advantage to dual wielding. You get more procs.

Not for WPS procs.
WPS proc chance is checked “per attack”, not “per hit”. If WPS procs, it overrides dualwielding bonus (chance to hit with both weapons) with its own mechanics. When ZT has a chance it hit with both weapons, it means it’s innate property of ZT. Same as MA has innate propery to always hit with both weapons, AQC has propery hit once with one weapon and twice with another, etc.
