In spite of “Legendary” there are some items which are rarely used and thinks that it is necessary for me to improve them attractively.
In particular “no set” legendary item because there is not set piece bonus, this is more characteristic than the thing included in the set, and thinks that it should be strong.

It may be OP in the example slightly, but it is equal with a set piece or has further charms.
In addition,Abyssal Mask and Whisperer of Secrets a skill is weak, and lack charm.
Vileblood Mantle is debuff disappears, slightly weak.
