[UX] VOs triggers during dialogue should be adjusted

So, currently the logic of the system looks like this:

You have separate tooltips with text for example tooltip 1, 2 and 3 and in order to toggle tooltip 2 you have to press a button on tooltip 1.

During all that the VO plays for all 3 tooltips so if you want to take your time reading the tooltip you can’t and the VO will overlap.

This should be changed so that the sound file is separated into different segments corresponding to the tooltips. Only after you press the button on a specific tooltip should another sound file trigger.

You mean that NPC go on speaking even if you haven´t hit the “next page” in the dialogue, right?
