I am on a world started in 0.7.5f. Some farms are from before the update and some after. All of the farms have a pea/work/turnip rotation. The rest of the rotations are clover/(rye|cabbage|flax|beans). The world is in year 53. The farmer have never brought sand to the farms even though I have 1000+ in inventory.

Update. Year 59 and my farms now have sand. Which job role spreads sand in the fields?
Farmers are supposed to, AFAIK
My poor farmers have been waiting close to 40 years, and still no sand.
I’ve seen laborers bring the sand and farmers spread it… now as for waiting forever to spread it… idk what to tell ya… i’ve never had to wait more than a year or two for the field to update if your field rotations are too tight aka no time between harvests or before planting for them add the clay/sand then yea it will take them forever
Yippie! Getting fixed in 0.8
- Fixed an issue with laborers not correctly prioritizing soil mixture tasks. Previously, laborers would score soil mixture very low, resulting in the tasks almost never getting done.
