[v1.0.0.4] Savagery Conjurer: BoringBuild 1.0 - 11sec fabius kill, 8min BoC etc. T_T

[i]
[COLOR=“Plum”]UPDATE 7/25: After making my elementalist, i’ve completely revamped the build and everything pretty much translates into this one as well. I redone the grimcalc here per memory if any points are not working out let me know. this new version should produce MASSIVELY more dps than the old. should be close to 90k paper with more -resist. similar to the elementalist.

(videos/screenshot are from the old version, i dont have gear on the new one atm to remake for now, game play is pretty much the same, new version should have alot higher dps)

Leveling guide:
Lvl with lightning focused primal strike. get primal bond. After finishing primal bond primal strike+torrent+heart of the wild. go to occultist and max CoF first to debuff physical/lightning resist. you can do this all the way from 1-75.

Initially find high dmg 2hander, both range+melee. go melee when u can tank, if cant, go range. silverbolts is a great weapon at lvl 50 to use all the way til 75. Oh and rush kraken on the devotion, u can get it really early, shit is beyond broken and makes leveling a joke.

In closing:
nerf static strike.

In comparison the elementalist version. this one has better quality of life, CoF/arcane bomb instant trigger. however, with everything up, the elementalist should do slightly more dmg and is more tanky.

If you want to just speed farm, this one is probably better than elementalist since theres less things to cast. if you want to beat something hard, like ultimate mogdrogen, elementalist is the way to go.

Holyshit, CoF + Arcane Bomb is such an unholy combo, I thought CoF being not able to proc devotion WAS a good idea.

(Meanwhile my beloved Thermite Mine still requires Fabius to literally glue his ass to it to make any different.)

Hi and thanks for this build, I’m currently playing the pokemon master build on my conjurer.

I really want to begin a new character as a melee only. I really hesistate between yours and the Warder build by GeneralCash and what I see is yours seems to produce better dps am I right ?

Do you spend all points into physic ? Is this build playable without all the required stuff ? (no ultos parts here atm…).

I hope I won’t get too bored by playing this or the warder build, I want a melee build with more than 1 skill with high numbers on the screen. Blademaster by Generalcash seems really fun to play but requires so much stuff to be playable.

Any advices would be welcome, and again, thanks for this build.

Lol another Ultos build GG just shows how powerful it is. Well done

Also you don’t put at least 1 point into wendigo totem? Are things getting too easy now?

Looks interesting! I’ll see if I can convert my Pet Conjurer to this. Kinda getting bored of seeing my pets do all the work…

Holy fuck, CoF procs things now?

Yea, with the nerfs to all kinda of resistance reduction, Occultist is probably the best supporting mastery in the game now, kinda like Dream in Titty Quest. Massive amount of regen, OA and attack speed, while also providing extremely rare physical resistance and resistance reduction. Broken.

I have to try it out (I have a summoner I’m not using, it should be easy enough to respec him even though it has 50 in Occultist mastery), but I assume it performs better than the Warder in normal situations, while Warder has the advantage in high damage areas and vs extraordinarily tough bosses like Burbon and Avatar.

Speaking of nasty bosses, how do you perform vs Mad Queen?

Not sure I’m sold on not taking Wendigo Totem at all, especially since you can easily divert points from Brute Force which does nothing for you. You also seem to have very low armor and absorption, even though your resistances are amazing. Finally, the point in Hourglass seems like it would be more useful in either Revenant or Empty Throne. Do you need it to fulfill some requirements?

I look at this and really start to question my basics in this game.
My warder has 1400 armor, 99% absorbtion, 76%+ all resists except aether and stun (which is 60%+) and 18% phys resist, plus Menhir’s Will, Tinker’s Ingenuity, 18/12 Wendigo, Giant’s Blood, Dryad’s Blessing and Wayward Soul, and I die from Fabius once in a while.
And now I see this thing without armor, less healing procs, no wendigo, and I don’t understand how it is tanky against anything at all.

Power of regeneration in this game.

Also, keep in mind guide creators won’t put up a video of them dying. Chars like this tend to die every 10-ish runs, either due to rng (nasty resistance reducing weapon or Notch on Fabius for example) or simply misplay (which happens easily if you’ve been farming the same run 10 times in a row).

Hi GeneralCash, do you think this build clean faster than your Blademaster ? And do you think this savagery conjurer can be played without all the stuff listed above ?
Thanks

tbh, i just came back and have not tried the new bosses yet, can’t comment on how hard they are. for the old content - sharzul/fabius etc, i end up not needing wendigo at all. for that times that it might be help - big sharzul burst, wendigo’s somewhat slow healing wont save me.

brute force’s flat lightning dmg is good, scales faster post lvl 12 too, as savagery does a bigger weapon % and overall buffs dmg any flat lightning dmg is extremely strong.

the hourglass point was to use vortex of souls, in the PS version, there might be a better way to spend that point now, but 1 point for 30 all stats is quite decent.

occultist’s built in phys resist is excellent combo with savagery’s might of the boar, as resists get better the higher you go per point.

whats ur DA? and judicator ring also has -15% all resist, this works for lifeleech, in case you are not using it. conjurers do alot more dmg than warders meaning more lifeleech. blood of dreeg also gets more regen.

one thing with dangerous bosses, is that , the more DPS u have the faster u kill it and the less chance of the boss killing you. if i took 2minutes on sharzul as opposed to like 15sec i’d probably die every time. Although fabius has never gotten close to killing me on this build i don’t think. boss fights are kind of like - by the time giant’s blood ends the boss is already dead. if the fight lasted much longer i’d at least need wendigo.

like GC said, sharzul can kill me occasionally esp if im not careful. physical resist is the key against bosses, not armor. armor is not that helpful since boss land fewer, bigger hits compared to trash; hard % reduction is much better mitigation. occultist offers much higher physical resist.

warder is overall tankier but without built in regen, wendigo is likely a necessity further interrupting ur dps. will definitely kill slower, meaning while your tankier, enemies have more chances to attack you. like in the BoC vid, you’ll see that things die pretty much the instant they touch me so packs don’t get to surround me and dps me. if i afk and let them surround me ill get killed.

Glad your back and playing jaja. Forums having been missing people like you that post solid guides.

I use a build more offensive than this one and I don’t have many problems with my tankiness. It isn’t a facetanking everything without paying attention build, but you got enough to survive. I very rarely die in BoC, and it is mainly to making very stupid mistakes. Conjurer got large buffs in 1.0.0.4.

I can kill dummy in 30 secs, clear BoC with most of the trash mobs killed in under 8 mins sometimes. Mad Queen you have to back off when she is shooting her spikes, but you can kill her fast enough that the fight is pretty easy. Fabius I can kill most of the time without kiting, but due to my crap bleeding resists there are times he kills me pretty easy. Sharzul is a joke as long as you have enough dps.

my pants are mystic soleal’s of vitality, too lazy to farm something better.

Id honestly argue that more dps than my current setup doesnt necessarily improve gameplay as things already die as soon as they are touched anyway, at this point more tankiness results in better quality of life.

I think giants blood is reallly huge since it combos well with tenacity of the besr and judicator rings, its pretty much up for the entirety of boss fights as bosses generally die before it ends.

But thats a pretty impressive amount of dps ur getting with ur setup

Upheaval was fixed last patch to not lower your DPS anymore?

With the nerf to falconswoop, would IMP be a solid replacement in your opinion? Seems like the build has decent aether plus and resist lowering, and it would be a pretty sick CoF tag on.

It would free up a couple devotion points too, 1 by removing crossroads, and swapped sailors guide for lizard. Can fit in hungering void if wanted then too.

Fun fact: I was leveling using the piercing version, I swaped to this one to change my mind. I changed the gloves so I lost some cunning and I was unable to swap and use the gun BUT still kill the mob i wanted to kill, " hahaha that’s fun" so at lvl79 I cleaned mountain deeps in ultimate without any weapon, hitting with my little fist, without any problem… I guess the build is strong xD

Hi Jaja,

Do you think this build is better than the Piercing Primal Strike one for farming Nemesis ?

Oh hey jaja just thought you could add this

For initial leveling 1-40
Max Devouring swarm + hellhound + briathorn + curse of frality
It is much faster and safer letting your minions do the dirty work while you level to get better gear and proper skills.

After that just respec

erm what about stats distribution ?

Distrib is full phy, you can see it in the calc.
