When my barracks were destroyed banner of this company disappeared and units become untied so I cannot disband the company or transfer soldiers to another barracks.
After rebuilding the barracks nothing has changed and this company remains broken.
Similar, I moved a barrack which was manned, when it came down the soldiers stayed where they were, still cost me money but all moved to their barrack when it was rebuilt.
