After upgrading the city center to tier 2 and above, I upgraded a road stretch from dust to stone. Checking after a while why that strechtg of a road still wasn’t upgraded I noticed I couldn’t click on it, eityher to check or to see if I could destroy / rebuild it. Yet, if I try to redraw a road over the same path, the system send me either right or left as if it takes into account that a road is already there.
