Vinn “The Giant” Osmald…. Where does he spawn?

I have only ever seen Fabius (Cronley Nemesis)…… where does Vinn Spawn? Can he only spawn on Ascendant or something? Ultimate?
I need to farm his shoulders

RNG, issue is there are very few Cronely mobs so unless you’re using increased Nemesis Altar spawn you might simply run out of cronley bois for the spawn trigger while getting Fabius in your session.
All you can do is keep farming the Cronley areas each time and cross your fingers Vinn triggers

Same as fabius. Just RNG.

In non ascendant difficulties, nemeses spawn on rotation. You don’t get the same one twice.

In ascendant they spawn randomly so you can get the same one multiple times in a row.

I killed him in Arkovian Docks. He can problaby spawn in Cronley’s Hideout too.

Ozmald… I meet this “guy” in Shattered Realm a lot, and he is … deadly [the dots represent an expressive adjective].

I absolutely smoked him in ultimate at level 97 with my ranged pierce reaver- like 3 hits, but Im sure it will change when he’s max level in Ascendant :grin:

And I believe he is even more tuned up in Shattered Realm. Monsters for the Shattered Realm are different from their “regular” counterparts.

Actually, they are weaker in the Shattered Realm. They have an unique passive that reduces their OA, DA and damage, at least for the Nemeses.

they’re still higher tuned with it, it’s there to trim the extra scaling they get from SR at higher shards :thinking:
The difference now is Ascendant Nemesis have extra tuning too compared to old Ult

In my experience, let’s compare Valdaran. Valdaran SR 30/31 is much stronger compared to Valdaran on Ultimate… Valdaran on Ultimate is some sort of “Training Dummy” with decent light effects.

Compared to Ultimate, yeah. But Ascendant Valdaran feels stronger than SR31 Valdaran.

“according to gt” caveat, he has higher dmg scaling in SR 31 than non Altar vers, but has more crit/oa in Ascendant (also seems like a skill has different base scaling, so his lightning bolt is way higher in MC)
