I have vsync turned on and FPS set at 60HZ with a 4K 60HZ display. I would expect FPS to be limited at 60 FPS for both of those settings. I am getting between 70-80 FPS and higher than expected Video Card Utilization. Graphics card is an AMD 6800XT.
Not a huge issue, but it is a bug.

Try it with vsync off.

You are correct that selected refresh rate is not respected if vsync is on. We have a fix in the works that will hopefully address that.
In this case, it is not really an issue for me … I just found it odd. Thanks.
