I did not see many warlock builds here in the forum, therefore I am posting my build here.
It is lots of fun !

This is mainly a arcanist build focusing on Panetti’s Replicating Missles with lots of +elemental dmg, casting speed, cooldown reduction, energy and health reg.
Play style:
Toggle on:
Iskandra’s Elemental Exchange (for +ele dmg)
Maiven’s Sphere of Protection (protection)
Star Pact (dmg and cooldown reduction)
Deff skills:
Mirror of Ereoctes for 3 secs 100% dmg absorb.
Olexra’s Flash Freeze if you are surrounded by many enemies
Blood of Dreeg for health reg (the only occultist skill)
Dmg skills:
Panetti’s Replicating Missiles
Devastation
My rotation for damage looks like this:
Hold devastation on cooldown and spam Panetti’s Replicating Missile (PRM).
Usually everything dies before it reaches you except strong bosses.
You will have to kite strong bosses, keep your dots from PRM up, use devastation + Mirror of Ereoctes when rdy - stand still and nuke!
I am currently level 45 and having lots of fun.
