well it’s an infinite improvement to your light bringer gargabol for sure. Prefix is less than ideal but not completely useless. You want Devastating on medal and ring (thankfully the are the most popular rare affixes on it) and also stuff that gives OA like “aggressive”, “of attack” and “of readiness”. Ideally you want your OA to be at ~3200-3300 level before Clarity of Purpose and DA reduction from Blitz.
Oathkeeper’s belt is very important here as points to OK are much more valuable than points to Soldier on this one.
Also you have extra points in Blitz that you can use somewhere else.
