(yawn) I don’t actually like to use the illusionists. We are scavenging the dying world, not attending a fashion show.
I like it when my character puts together a random bunch of items that do not visually fit at all but are functional enough for him to survive the next battle…
Why so negative? People pay good money for mtx and here its free. Oh wait, its because its free isnt it?
Make sure to use illusionist to put some crappy pants when your toon looks too flashy.
I agree, yawn, I don’t use it just like I didn’t use it in Diablo. I bought the game for therory crafting and loot finding not Barbie dress up. I think for those people that the look of their characters matter that much to have a wardrobe npc have even more time to waste than the rest of us.
I am not sure why the negativity even exists in this thread. If this was a thread about illusionist discussion then you can post your views but the OP didn’t intend his thread this way
I personally am not really interested in illusion system myself but I don’t think its bad if someone does.

You think you’re some kind of Grim Dawn purist or something? Transmogs increase immersion by allowing you to look like someone who is actually fit for the job.
And yet there are people who were happy to see that it was a feature for the expansion when it was revealed months ago. You don’t represent everyone’s views you know.

I like being in a fashion show. Nothing says you’re serious about kicking monsters to the curb, than looking absolutely fabulous! 
Then don’t use it? Nobody is shoving it down your throat, as NPC is completely optional… also, who cares how others enjoy their game? You don’t have the right to dictate how I should enjoy my game or how I shouldn’t play it…
Now now, Everyone knows looking good gives you 10% extra DPS.

Nope you got it wrong. It gives a CC effect by making the crowd go blind at your sheer awesomeness
could you make a sticky topic for people to post their awesome outfits? 
While tend to be quite conservative about some things, I’m quite glad i don’t have to see my female builds using exalted boots. looks funny not bad ass. And that is just an example
You can just not use it or it moderately to make minor tweaks to items that bloat or thin out too much of your char’s appearance…
