Well, after googling it, I think I found the way, but still - very messy! there must be away to make it more foundable. 
Besides that, I think that there is a place to improve the ingame mapes so it would be easier to navigate.
Yeah, the map in the four hills area was different before release. It actually had a land connection to the twin falls area. That made the quest easy to follow, but when release came around they changed those areas and it just made the quest confusing.
I really hope they will fix it. I couldnt play all day until I broke down and googled it…
Did you read the dialogues and quest indications?
