Can you please make the community links open in a new tab by default?
That’s something you can tell your browser to do by default for all links.
Edit: something like this simple extension for firefox (I presume similar things exist for other browsers) https://addons.mozilla.org/en-GB/firefox/addon/open-link-with-new-tab/
Or just ctrl-click the link. 
(at least in Chrome)
Right-click on link and select open in new tab, or window.
If using iOS, press and hold on link and then select new tab.
Do none of you jerks use this stuff on mobile? It’s such a pain in the ass!
It’s easy to press and hold the link, then select Open in New Tab.
Learn 2 use mobile features!

I use this on mobile almost exclusively except when posting grimtools links or videos. Everything is a pain in the ass when you’re not used to it.
I have fat fingers too - thumbs included. Though it seems you’d have the same issue when hitting links. Zoom in, then touch and hold. 
If you don’t know how to zoom, learn.
I find it easy to do.
Just want to point out that ass pain is still a pain in the ass even when you are used to it.
Fine, then do it because it’s a horrible business practice to send people away from your product, even if it is for something related.
I use mainly Tapatalk. The website doesn’t have mobile version.

Other than the fact that I like to control where links open up. I don’t always like to have links open in a new window.
Learn so you have better options, don’t rely on third parties to do it for you.
Agreed. On a mobile phone Tapatalk is by far the most comfortable way to interact with the GD forum. One downside tho is if the thread creator made a poll thread you won’t know it in Tapatalk. So if you’re big on doing people’s polls on the forum you won’t know it unless the thread chatter tells you there’s a poll here.
If you just want to open new tab.
Just middle click your mouse for the Link you want to open in the new tab.
Just shifting your index finger a bit to the right should not be such a big issue.

Just for your info, you can do this direct from firefox’s main options page about:config no need to use 3rd party tools
Or press with your scroll, also known as “middle mouse button”.

Also, back in my day, phones used to be to call others, communicate with people far away. If you’re using your phone for checking the internet, you should think about using your PC instead. Using your phone when you’re outside or at work is a bad idea, focus on what you’re doing rather on the internet.
